If you use LetHub's AI receptionist to answer your calls, you can control what it says when it picks up. The greeting is the place to add details you want every caller to hear, such as your office hours or when they should expect a callback from your team.
Where to edit the greeting
The message your AI receptionist plays when it answers a call is called the Initial Greeting.
In LetHub, open AI Agents.
Select the Receptionist Agent.
Open the Initial Greeting.
Edit the text to include whatever you want callers to hear, then save your change.
Sharing your office hours
A common use is to set expectations about when your team is reachable. Because the greeting is text you write yourself, you can spell out your operating days and hours so callers know when to expect a live response.
For example, if your leasing office runs Tuesday through Saturday and does not take live calls on Mondays, you can add that to the greeting. Callers who reach out on a Monday then hear when your office is next open instead of expecting a same-day callback.
Sending some calls to a person
If you would like the receptionist to hand certain calls off to a live person, you can add a phone number in the transfer settings under each agent. Set the number where you want those calls to go, and the receptionist can transfer callers to it.
