LetHub is now integrated with Zapier, meaning you can now connect your LetHub account with 5000+ other apps such as your CRM, accounting software, spreadsheets, and so much more.

Getting started is simple. Follow this step-by-step guide or watch the tutorial video below to see how you can start using LetHub with Zapier in under 5 minutes.

Create a Zapier account (it's free!)

Skip this step if you're already familiar with Zapier, or have an existing account.

Sign up for a free Zapier account by clicking here. The more you use Zapier, you may want to unlock more features with a paid account but to get started with LetHub there's no need.

Get an invite to use LetHub with Zapier

The LetHub integration with Zapier is currently in beta, so you need to be invited to use it. Get your invite by clicking the button below.

Create a Zap

Click "Create Zap".

Give it a name to signify what you want to do with this zap.

A basic Zap is made up of a "Trigger" and an "Action". The trigger is the event that will kick off the Zap with the data that you want to use, and the Action is what you want to happen each time that trigger is activated.

Create a Trigger

The first step of creating a new Zap is to choose a trigger event. This is where you will connect a trigger from your LetHub account. Search for "LetHub" and select the newest version.

Next, choose the event that you would like to use as your trigger.

In this example, I will choose "New Showing Scheduled" so each time a showing is booked for one of my units on LetHub, I can send that data to an app of my choice.

In the next step, you will be asked to authenticate your LetHub account with Zapier. Fill out the fields with the login info that you use to access your LetHub account.

Once authenticated, you will be asked to test your trigger. Testing your trigger will search for recent data in your account to verify that the connection is established and give you some example data to use when setting up your actions in the next step. You should see some data output if the test was successful. Don't worry about this data yet, we will cover that in the next step.

Create an Action

Here comes the fun part, where you get to take your LetHub data and connect it with one of the 5000+ apps integrated with Zapier.

Choose an app that you want to connect LetHub to. In this example, we will connect to an Outlook account to send our leads an optional survey via email to complete before they start their tour.

Search for the app you want and select one of the available actions from the drop-down list.

Now, you will need to authenticate your account on your chosen app.

The final step is to map the data from your trigger to the fields in your chosen action. In this example, here is what I have chosen to set up.

Tip: Get creative! You can use dynamic data in so many creative ways to accomplish your needs. If you need ideas or assistance, reach out to us via the in-app support chat to talk.

Finally, test your action, and hit "Publish Zap"!

Now, sit back and enjoy the benefits of even more automation!
