1.Update Availability:

If you’re certain of the date when renovations will be completed, you can use the Property Specific Showing Availability feature. This allows leads to book viewings starting from the property's availability date onwards while you’re still working on the renovations.

2. Mark the property as Rented:

Mark property rented on On-Market-units and put it back up once the renovations have been completed
