Lockboxes

Lockboxes make self-showings a breeze. LetHub atomatically generates codes and sends them to leads that have booked tours, so setting up a lockbox makes the automation complete! Heres how to do it.

Adding a Lockbox

First, you need to make sure that your lockbox is registered with LetHub. To test if it is, you can try to add it to your lockbox account. Simply open the lockbox tab in LetHub and click “Add Lockbox”

Here you can input the “LockBox Reference Code” of the box you wish to add. When you click save and the lockbox adds, you’re good to connect the box with your unit! (skip to connecting a unit)

If the box didn’t add to you LetHub account that is because it isn’t registered with us through codebox. You’ll need to initiate a lockbox transfer through codebox, here’s how to do it:

3. Fill out the form as directed in this example, typing "LetHub" as your new service provider.

4. On your transfer date, you'll be able to add your Codeboxes to LetHub *Note: your boxes will not be automatically added to your LetHub account when the transfer is completed and you will not be able to complete this step until your transfer date*

Connecting a Unit

Once you have added your lockboxes to LetHub, it’s time to attach them to a unit. To do this open the lockboxes tab on LetHub and select the lockbox you wish to activate. Here you can add the property, and unit number for the unit you wish to attach the lockbox to.

Note: The property that you’re adding to the lockbox will have to be added to LetHub via the “Properties” tab first, and then it can be added to the lockbox (you cannot create properties here, only select from the ones that are already in LetHub)

Of course you’ll also need to attach this lockbox to the property in person, but once its there you can switch the “self-showing” toggle on.

Now you’re all set! All leads that are interested in any proprties with lockboxes attached will be automatically sent access codes!
