River is fully customizable and you can have her ask any pre-qualification question you want. She starts off asking the leads for their:
Name
Email
Phone Number
These are mandatory questions, but after these you can set up any question you like! Here’s how to do it:
Step One:
Open the Settings tab in LetHub and navigate to the “Pre-Qualification Questions” at the top of the “General” tab
*Note: This is a company wide setting so any changes made here will affect the entire company*
Here you can see the questions River is currently asking your leads, in this example theres:
Do you have pets?
Do you smoke?
Do you agree on the eviction policies?
What is your credit score?
You can edit any of these questions by clicking on them, or you can delete a question by clicking on the “trashcan” icon on the far right of the question row.
Step Two
Click on the “Add Question” button.
There are three different types of questions:
Numeric: The answer needs to be a number, and you can set the desired range of numbers that you would like the leads answer to be inside of
A common question in this type field is “What is your credit score?”
Text: This answer is a text answer, so the lead can respond however they like. There is not an option to set a correct answer to this question
A common question in this type field is “
Yes/No: River will provide yes and no bubbles for the lead to click on, or they can type out “yes” or “no”
A common question in this type field is “Do you have pets?”
“Disqualify Wrong Answers”: the numeric and yes/no question types have the ability to disqualify wrong answers. This is done by checking the box on the top right of the add/edit question pop-up. If this is turned on and a lead answers a question incorrectly, they will automatically be disqualified from booking a tour. For example if a question is “What is your credit score?” and you set the numeric range to be 600 - 800, if a lead responds with 580, they will automatically be disqualified from scheduling a tour.
*Please note at this time you are not able to reorder your prequalification questions so be sure to add them in the order you wish for them to be asked. If you would like to reorder them, you will have to delete them all and re-add them in the order you want.*
