A guide to adding custom pre-screening criteria to qualify renters before they visit your property for a tour.
Step 1:
Go to the “Settings” page and navigate to "Pre-Qualification Questions"
Click on Add Question.
Step 2:
Add custom questions you'd like prospective renters to answer. You can select the type of question (Yes/No, Text, or Numeric) and the passing criteria.
Checking “Disqualify Wrong Answers” for Yes/No questions will prevent those who answer incorrectly from being able to book a tour.
E.g., If you’d like prospects without any evictions, then add your question (“Do you have any Evictions?”) and check "Disqualify Wrong Answers". Prospects who reply "Yes" to this question will be disqualified and will not be able to book a tour.
