Ask us to remove a lockbox
Find the 8-digit number printed on the top of each box.
Open the chat in LetHub, or write to [email protected].
Ask us to remove the boxes, and send each 8-digit number.
We confirm with you, then remove them from your account.
What removal means
A removed box is deactivated and leaves your Lockboxes list.
You cannot use it or add it back yourself afterwards.
