The rental application your leads receive is your own form from your property management software. LetHub sends leads the link to it after their showing. To add, remove or change application questions, edit the form in your property management software.
Ask leads questions before a showing
To ask leads something before they book, use Pre-Qualification Questions. These are asked during booking, not on the application.
Go to Settings.
Open the General tab.
Find Pre-Qualification Questions.
Click Add Question and write your question.
Click Save.
Choose the application link leads receive
Go to Settings and open the General tab.
Scroll to Rental Applications.
Paste the link to your application and click Save.
Turn on Send Rental Application.
To send a different link for each unit, turn on Send Unit-specific Application Link instead. Then add each unit's link under Apply Now Link in that unit's details. You use one of these two options, not both.
