We’ve made it even easier to manage self-showing access to properties. You can now include gate access codes along with the lockbox code in all automated or manual messages sent to prospects.
Here’s how to set it up:
Step 1: Go to the Properties menu page and click on your desired property card.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Property Details card, add the gate access code and click save.
Step 3: Go to Waterfalls and click on the "New Self Showing" or "Self Showing Rescheduled" waterfalls.
Step 4: Scroll down and open any email or SMS editor and you’ll see the "gate-access-code-info" tag under "Available Variables." To insert the tag into your message body, click on it.
Step 5: Hit save and that’s it! You’re all set. Prospects will now get a custom gate access code on top of the unique lockbox code generated automatically.
