Ans: To view the communication history, simply navigate to the lead's profile and click on the relevant activity (email or SMS) in the activity log. You'll be able to see the exact message that was sent.
2. How do I know if the gate access code and lockbox code was sent correctly to my lead?
Ans: You can verify this by checking the lead’s activity log, where you’ll see a record of the automated messages sent, including both the lockbox and gate access codes.
