Do you have a property that requires different instructions being sent to the lead? Then create a property specific waterfall! You can create a property specific waterfall for any step along the way of the leads tour process. Once it's activated, leads will receive messages from this waterfall, rather than the matching generic waterfall for all properties.
Decide which waterfall you'd like to make, you can have property specific "New Interested Lead", "New Guided Tour", "New Self Tour" or any other waterfall you'd like. Locate that waterfall and click "Duplicate":
2. Rename your waterfall accordingly, then connect if to the property using the dropdown search:
3. After you click "Save" you'll be able to edit all messages contained in this waterfall and tailor them to your specific property, when you're done, make sure you click "Save" and then "Activate" !
