Do you have a property that isn't ready for tours yet but you'd still like to advertise it? How about one you'd rather gather a list of interested leads for rather than allowing them to book tours. Try out the waitlist feature!
Setting up the waitlist
Set the unit status to waitlist:
This is found by clicking on the "On-Market units" tab, and selecting the "waitlist" status.
2. Optional: set a waitlist end date
Once this date is reached, we'll automatically reach out to all waitlisted leads and let them know the unit is available for tours via the "Waitlisted Unit Available" waterfall. You can edit what is written in the waterfall here:
Waitlist Features
Once you have the waitlist set up, you can view it by clicking the "view waitlist" button from the unit details page.
Here you can add leads, delete leads, or send messages to leads. Once the unit is available for tours, you will still have access to view the wailist, as long as there are leads in it.
