This article is for property managers who want a full picture of their showing activity in LetHub - upcoming tours, cancelled tours, and which unit each lead toured.
See all your showings on the Calendar
Open the Calendar tab in your LetHub dashboard.
Switch to List view to scan your showings as a list.
You can also see showing statuses inside your dashboard's showing schedule - status tags there indicate when a showing was rescheduled, or if the lead has completed verification yet.
See cancelled showings on the Calendar
Cancelled tours show up in red on the Calendar. To turn this view on:
Go to the Calendar tab.
Click on the "Cancelled" icon located on the top right of the calendar
Cancelled showings will appear on your calendar in red, so you can track them at a glance and follow up with those leads.
Who's notified when a tour is cancelled
When a tour is cancelled, the lead automatically receives an email and a text letting them know the showing was cancelled. These messages can be customised via waterfalls.
If Tenant Notifications is set up, the current tenant of that unit is also notified by email/SMS when a showing is booked, cancelled, or rescheduled.
Of course, the agent is notified as well.
