[first-name]: The lead's first name

[last-name]: The lead's last name (if provided)

[address]: The street address of this property

[leasing-agent-name]: The name of the leasing agent assigned to this unit

[leasing-agent-phone]: The phone number of the leasing agent assigned to this unit

[leasing-agent-email]: The email of the leasing agent assigned to this unit

[property-name]: The "common name" of this property, often a shortened version of the address

[company-name]: The name of your company, as it is displayed in your company settings

[unit-link]: The link to this unit's public page. This is where leads can visit to book a tour

[general-link]: The public page of LetHub for your company, listing all vacant units. This is where leads can visit to book a tour

[rent]: The rent amount of this unit

[beds]: The number of beds in this unit

[baths]: The number of bathrooms in this unit

[faq-link]: The link to LetHub support articles

[unit-number]: The unit number of this unit. This is not the same as the address

[booking-time]: The time of day when this booking will start

[booking-date]: The date this booking will take place

[booking-url]: The link where leads can reschedule or cancel. Note that this is not the link for leads to create new showings

[feedback-url]: The link where leads are able to provide feedback on their showing. Feedback is found in the reports section of LetHub

[lock-box-code]: The 4-digit one-time access code generated for this showing

[lock-box-link]: The link where leads can visit to verify their ID. Note this is only needed for walk-in self-showings
