This article is for renters - people looking for a place to rent from a property management company that uses LetHub. If you manage properties, this article isn't for you.
Good news first: you don't need a LetHub account to view listings or book a showing. Everything happens through a booking link that belongs to the property management company.
How listings work
Each property management company has its own public booking link where its available listings appear.
There is no general LetHub search page where you can browse all rentals - listings are only viewable through a specific property manager's booking link.
How to view listings and book a showing
Find out which property management company (or leasing agent) manages the property you're interested in.
Ask them directly for their booking link. You can request it by email, text, or phone, or by replying to a message you received about your rental inquiry. (if you've made it here, you likely have an email or a text message containing the booking link for the property you're interested already, check there first)
Open the booking link to see that company's available listings. Showings are booked through this same booking page.
Questions about a specific property?
If you have a question about a specific property - availability, your application, or anything about the unit - contact that property manager directly. They own the listing and the booking page.
If you're blocked from a booking site
Occasionally a renter finds they can no longer access a property's booking site. The block is tied to your email and the lead record, so there isn't a self-serve way to remove it yourself. Here's what to do:
Contact the property manager directly about the property in question.
If you still need help, reach out through the chat on (https://lethub.co) or email [email protected] so a human can review your specific case and remove the block if appropriate.
