Two settings quietly remove times from your availability. Both are worth checking when a day looks emptier than it should.
Back to back bookings
When back to back bookings is on, new tours chain directly onto an existing tour: 1:00, 1:30, 2:00.
This can empty a day completely. Example: your availability is 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and a tour is already booked from 12:30 to 1:00. The next slot in the chain would be 1:00 to 1:30, which falls outside your window, so nothing can be booked that day at all.
To fix it, move or cancel that tour, widen the availability window, or turn back to back off for that agent.
Travel time
Travel time adds a buffer around each tour. A large buffer on a busy day removes the slots on either side of existing showings.
Stop new appointments before a showing
This setting removes slots that are too close to the current time, and it applies to self-showings as well.
