What does "No time slot available" mean when I try to book a showing?

Written by Support

"No time slot available" means LetHub cannot find a bookable slot for that unit on that date, even when the calendar looks like it is highlighting a time. Availability is built from several settings stacked together, so one of them is usually removing the slot. Work through this list in order.

  1. Confirm the unit has a showing agent. Go to On-market Units, open the unit, and check the Showing Agents field. A unit with no agent has no availability to inherit. This applies to self-showings too.

  2. Confirm the agent's availability is saved. In that agent's account, go to Settings, then Your Showing Availability. Check that the final Save was clicked.

  3. Check for a future showing start date. If a Showing Start Date is set for a later date, leads cannot book before it.

  4. Check property block times and date specific availability. Go to Properties, Set Availability, and scroll to Property Specific Block Times. Remove any block covering the date, including multi-day blocks.

  5. Check back to back bookings. A tour booked outside your availability window can make the chain impossible and remove every slot for the day.

  6. Check "Stop new appointments before a showing". It now applies to self-showings as well as agent-led tours.

  7. Check travel time. A large buffer removes the slots around existing showings.

  8. Check for open houses on the same agent, or same unit. An open house blocks that agent's calendar for its full window, including for other units. It also blocks that unit during that window for other agents.

  9. Refresh and retest. Right click, choose Inspect, then right click the refresh icon and choose "Empty cache and hard reload". Test the booking link in an incognito window.

If you have worked through all nine and the slot is still missing, reach out to our team with the unit name and the date you are trying to book, and we will take a look.
