Setting Availability

Setting availability is very important for auto scheduling tours, since leads can only book tours during available times. Luckily this is easy to set up!

Company Wide Availability

The company wide availability automatically applys to agents who havent set up their own availability. To set company wide availability, open the owners LetHub account and navigate to settings. Here you will see “Company-wide Showing Availability”

After any changes you make here, be sure to click “save” located in the bottom right corner of the widget:

Agent Availabilty

Once your agent has accepted their invitation, make sure they update their availability so that they are able to receive tours. This is done inside their account on their settings page under “Your Showing Availability” The days and times they set here represent when a lead will be able to schedule tours with them.

Property Specific Availability

If you have a property that has different availability than other properties, you can set its “Property Specific Availability”. This is done in the “Properties” tab. Simply choose the property you would like, click “Set Availablity” located on the top right. In this window you can choose different agents to set their availability for this property.
