Each on-market unit will need to have an agent assigned to it in order to have leads schedule tours. The units takes its availability straight from the assigned agents availability. Essentially, if “Agent 1” has an ability from 7am - 6pm and they are assigned to “Property 1”, any leads that schedule tours for “Property 1” will only be able to select showing times from 7am - 6pm.
This goes for self showings as well. We recommend that you set all self showing units to one agent (could be the owner) and set their availability to the hours you want leads to be able to book self tours in.
Assigning Agents
Step One:
Open the “On-market units” tab in LetHub
Here under the “Leasing Agent(s)” column, you can see which agent is assigned to which unit:
Step Two:
Click on a unit to edit it, here locate the “Showing Agents” field
Select which agent or agent(s) you would like to be assigned to this unit and click “save”
Default Showing Agent(s)
On the “On-market Units” tab at the very top there is a dropdown menu called “Default Showing Agent(s)”
Whichever agent or agents are selected in this dropdown will be automatically assigned to any new units that come on market.
