Welcome to LetHub! Now that you have your own account, lets add some Agents so we can get some tours booked!

Step One:

Open up LetHub and navigate to the “Settings” page

Step Two:

Next, navigate to the “Users” tab, loacted on the top of the page

Step Three:

Here, you can see the fields “Full Name”, “Email” and “Phone” located underneath the heading “New Team Member”. Add in the information of the agent you would like to add (you can even add a photo, your agent will be able to update this as well) and then click “Add Member”

Step Four:

After you have clicked “Add Member” an invitation to join your organization in LetHub will be sent to the email you proided. Once they accept you will be able to see them in the “Team” table located on the same page

And thats it!

Helpful Tip: Adding Agents to Units

Once you’ve added your agents, you can assign them to the units that they will be showing to leads. This is done on the “On-market unit” tab. Here you can see all the units that leads are able to book tours at, and which agents are assigned to which units under the “Leasing Agent(s)” column. To update a unit, click on it in the unit table.

Here you can update everything about this unit, and what you update here will be shown to leads on your LetHub booking page. We’re talking about agents, so to change which agent is assigned to this unit, or add multiple agents to the same unit, simply click the “Showing Agents” dropdown and make your changes. Be sure to click Save!

Keep in mind the showing schedule for the unit will match what each agent has put for availability. This is especially important for self-showings.

Helpful Tip: Auto-assign and Self showings

Everytime a new unit is put on the market (available for tours) LetHub will auto assign an agent(s) to it. To choose the default showing agent who will be assigned to every new property, click the dropdown located at the top of the page on the “On-market units” tab.

Any new units that are added will also automatically have the showing availability of whichever agent is assigned to them. This is especially important for self showings. If a unit has self-showings turned on, the availability of the agent assigned to it will also be when leads can book the unit for self-showings. What most of our customers do is to have the availability of the owner be the timeframe that they want their self-showings to be held during. If they set themselves to the default agent then all showings will at least be able to be booked during this time.

If you have a property with seperate availability from the rest of your properties not to worry. You can set property specific availability from the “Properties” tab. Click on a property to edit, then set the availablity by clicking on the “Set Availability” button.

Now any units under this property will have a different showing schedule that the rest of your properties.
