Yes! We send automated follow-up emails to interested leads after set intervals beginning 24 hours after viewing a property. An email is then sent 2 days later, 4 days later and finally a week later.

All emails stop as soon as the lead books a tour.

In case said property gets rented in the meantime (within 10 days of the inquiry), we send them an email to see if they are interested in other units.
