LetHub now lets you host open houses for any unit, at any time. This smart new scheduling feature means you can reserve your time for a key unit to achieve your leasing targets.

To set it up, simply select 'On-Market Units' in the main menu. This will take you to a list of your units.

Select any unit. This will trigger a pop-up. Find the 'Add Open House' button at the bottom.

Click 'Add'.

Select the date and time.

Don't forget to press 'save'!

So, how does an open house work on LetHub? When you add an open house for a specific unit on LetHub, you're telling our system that your time should be "reserved" for this unit during the duration of the open house. It means that you can't be booked during that time for any of your other units to ensure that you can be present at the open house. It also will change your availability for that unit on the day of the open house to ensure that all showings for that unit will be funnelled into the open house on that day.
