The Properties page lists every property in your account. Each property card shows whether it is Active or Inactive. An inactive property leaves your active list, so leads cannot book showings for it.
Use this when you no longer show a property, for example when your team only shows houses and not apartments.
Deactivate a property
Click Properties in the left menu.
Find the property card. Use the search box for a long list.
Click the Active button on the card.
Check that the card now shows Inactive.
Repeat for each property you want to stop showing.
Good to know
Deactivating stops new bookings for that property.
To pause showings only for a while, such as during a renovation, use a property block time instead. See How can we stop showings for a unit that is currently unavailable or under renovation?
To take one agent off a unit without stopping its showings, change the unit's showing agents instead.
